If you're not seeing your trips uploading or your adapter shows Sync Pending, please unplug your adapter, wait about 10-15 minutes, then plug it back in and wait another 15 minutes before driving. This resets the adapter and lets it re-establish a connection to our servers.
The Automatic CCA adapter has a built-in LTE-M modem that only connects via AT&T network. Here are some reasons why your phone my have signal but adapter may lose connection:
We use AT&T only and the AT&T signal may not be strong in some areas.
The antenna in the adapter isn't as sensitive as the one in your phone
The placement of the adapter in your car provides more shielding than where your phone generally is
Just like your phone, the adapter can sometimes temporarily lose signal
If you park in an underground garage or an area that does not have good cell connection.
