You can now update your name or password using the My Account section on our website
Go to : https://automatic.com/
- Click on My Account
- Log in with the email address and password associated with your Automatic Account
- Click on My Account
In the My Account screen you can edit:
- First and Last Name
- Phone number
- Update your password
Remember to click on Save after each edit. You will receive an email confirming you made this change.
It is not possible to update your email address here. Please send an email to our Customer Care team to if you need to change your email address. Be sure to send the request from the same email address your account is currently setup with.

You can also reset your password by visiting this page or by logging out of the app and entering your email like you were logging back in. There should be a link to reset your password on the following screen.
